Remove a user

Delete or remove one or multiple new users.

People who no longer work in your organisation or who no longer need access should be prevented from logging in to the platform. Their account can either be fully removed or locked. Locked accounts can be activated again, removed accounts are fundamentally lost.

To remove a user:

  1. Go to Admin → Access Management → Users
  2. Filter in the table to find the right user.
  3. Click on delete icon .
    Note: When a user is deleted it is removed form view but all entities which were generated by that user (for example reports) will still show that user name.
