Partner account features

Learn about platform features only available to Sensolus partner accounts aimed at efficiently serving your customers and managing multiple organizations.

The Sensolus platform is multi-tenant platform.. With multi-tenant we mean that a single instance of the software (in this case the Sensolus platform) serves multiple end-customers. Each customer shares the software application and also shares a single dataset. But each tenant's data is isolated and remains invisible to other tenants.

The Sensolus platform serves the following tenants:

Organization: the core focus of the organization tenant is the actual asset management. They follow up a set of trackers, users, reports, insights, ..
Partner: the main focus of the partner tenant is to manage and follow up the organization they signed up.
