Troubleshooting of Aruba integration

Is an access point reporting data?

To verify whether the platform is receiving data from the Aruba controller check the ‘Last seen date’ in the access point detail:

To see the actual reported data, click on the show debug info hyperlink.

In the screenshot above, no tags were reported (but communication is working).

Which access point has reported this location?

This is visible directly on the tracker status page:

Here we can clearly see that the location comes from a BLE anchor and what the name is of the anchor.

Across all assets there is also a column 'geobeacon name'. This contains the name of the last anchor that has scanned the asset:
